Why did you move to Clover Hill?
My wife and I were house hunting several years back and happened to run through the neighborhood while training with the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club.  I remember rounding the turn at Stone Ridge and Spring Hill Dr. and saying to myself, "We should look at these homes."  The well-kept yards, nice houses, and mature trees were a nice change from our previous neighborhood.

What do you think makes Clover Hill so special?
Our neighborhood has a great mix of all ages; newer neighborhoods typically draw younger, first-time homebuyers and tend to have a very different look and feel.  Homeowner composition and access to wonderful amenities (park, playground, pool, baseball diamonds, club house) are just a couple of reasons our neighborhood is special.  The sense of community can be felt when baseball teams are playing, the faint sounds of Saturday morning swim meets, neighbors walking dogs, kids playing at our playground, people of all ages using the basketball court, and park-based activities (Farmer's Market, Movie Night).  With the introduction of COVID-19, our Facebook page accentuated the sense of community as folks offered to share necessities and assist those impacted by the pandemic.
