Board of Directors

The duties of the Board of Directors include the following:
 
  1. Supervise, manage and direct the Association;
  2. Keep a complete record of all its acts and corporate affairs;
  3. Supervise all officers, committees, agents and contractors of the Association;
  4. Propose the amount of the annual assessment for approval by the voting members at the annual meeting;
  5. Follow-up on unpaid annual assessments and take steps to collect;
  6. Obtain and maintain liability insurance on property owned by the Association;
  7. Cause all officers and directors to be bonded; and
  8. Cause the common areas to be maintained.
