The duties of the Board of Directors include the following:
- Supervise, manage and direct the Association;
- Keep a complete record of all its acts and corporate affairs;
- Supervise all officers, committees, agents and contractors of the Association;
- Propose the amount of the annual assessment for approval by the voting members at the annual meeting;
- Follow-up on unpaid annual assessments and take steps to collect;
- Obtain and maintain liability insurance on property owned by the Association;
- Cause all officers and directors to be bonded; and
- Cause the common areas to be maintained.
