Clover Hill

Clover Hill is a beautiful community nestled in the foothills of the Catoctin mountains and is located 10 minutes from the center of historic Frederick City at the crossroads of the I70 and I270 corridors.  Our location provides commuter access to the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metro areas. 

 

The community was developed with many family friendly features hosting ~1,045 single family homes and a street plan that inspires comfortable suburban living and privacy.  The Association's beautiful 13-acre private park with mature trees includes a walking path, basketball court, covered pavilion, baseball fields, playground and open space for recreation such as ultimate frisbee, lacrosse, and soccer.  The Association also has a wonderful swimming pool with bath house and an updated clubhouse with kitchen area. The operation of Clover Hill as a community is governed by a board of volunteer directors for the Clover Hill Civic Association (CHCA). 

 

We are fortunate to have Catoctin National Park (home to Camp David), Gambrill State Park, several other historic parks, county and city parks nearby as well.  We enjoy the advantages of an excellent school system and several colleges located nearby, making Clover Hill a truly ideal environment for both young and maturing families.
