Why did you move to Clover Hill?
We wanted to move closer to our daughter’s family. They live in Harper’s Ferry where she is the public library director. My wife and I searched for over a year before finding a home in Clover Hill.

What is your professional experience?
Right now, I am retired, but my degree is in industrial microbiology. I started out setting up and managing testing laboratories for healthcare companies. Later on, I moved into the management of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

What do you think makes Clover Hill so special?
We really appreciate the fact that it is diverse and multigenerational. Being close to downtown Frederick is great and there are so many wonderful people here. It is nice to see how active our civic association is and how willing people are to volunteer and keep the community attractive.
