Who is eligible to join as an Associate Member?
Only households that are not in the Clover Hill community may join CHCA as Associate Members. Memberships begin Memorial Day and run for one year. If your household is eligible to be a regular member of CHCA, you are not eligible to join as an Asociate Member. All of this information can be found in the Bylaws of Clover Hill.
What is an Associate Membership?
Associate membership grants access to use the Clover Hill amenities - park, pool, pavilion and clubhouse as well as member rates on Clover Hill sports teams (Baseball, Basketball & Swim).
The pavilion and clubhouse can be rented for private events.
Associate Members are not granted voting privileges in Association matters.
How many Associate Memberships are available?
The Board decides year to year on how many Associate Memberships to make available. At this time, we currently allow around 150 total Associate Members (this has averaged about 30 household memberships for the last few years).

How do I purchase an Associate Membership?
Current Associate Members are given the option to renew in February/March of each year. After that, Associate Memberships will open up to the general public if there are any still available. If you are interested in a 2025 - 2026 Associate Membership, please click below to complete the interest form. Forms for new associate memberships will be processed and offered memberships in the order in which they were received, if there are any available. FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN AS AN ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY APRIL 30TH WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE.
