If the weather should turn bad after school dismisses for the weekend we need to make sure ALL communities are informed about closings.  General policy is that if the county declares a Snow Emergency then we will close as well.  If your facility is closed it is the Area Coordinator's responsibility  to notify the coordinator of any visiting teams of the closure.  Please do this as soon as possible since we have games starting at 8:15 in some locations.  Area coordinators then will in turn notify their coaches of closures.
